KeenEye had several challenges 1) how to attract top notch talent 2) how to create an engaging social media presence that would attract both talent and new clients.
Beyond crafted a 12 month strategy that would allow it to revamp the digital footprint of KeenEye and help it hit its objectives. Once the strategy was approved Beyond then helped create all content, run all the campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram but also other platforms such as Glassdoor, Google and Twitter. Beyond also created a new and more engaging website with multiple landing pages per specialty with appropriate calls to action.
The results speak for themselves. Since starting the campaign KeenEye has stopped using recruiters and gets all CVs naturally and from LinkedIn. 40 people have been hired. Retention of staff is high too due to the feel good atmosphere generated by the campaigns. New clients also are attracted by the engaging and professional image of KeenEye on both their website and social media.
With the advent of Covid many businesses have had to radically change their business in order to survive. Medical conferences is a huge international sector and one of our long term clients risked disappearing if they could not take their conference completely online.
Beyond worked closely with Medegs (https://espacehf.org/?token=ajjbhsdjsacbkjjhbjahgdcjnnscn) and in collaboration with their partners to design, plan and host a medical conference. This required making a website with multiple customized landing pages per specialty, running a digital ad campaign on very key sectors, implementing a strong social media campaign, doing SEO and handling a digital outreach program for doctors. Beyond also put together a 24/7 live support team to help with registration and questions. Our team worked closely with the partners making live updates to the web and social media 24/7 and provided daily metrics to the stakeholders.
The result was beyond expectations. A turnout of close to 15000 participants across 198 countries. The conference ran for several days across 3 timezones.

Covid has forced many thriving companies to change their method of business. Casa del la Pasta (https://lacasadellapasta.ch/) is one such company in Switzerland. A fast growing fresh pasta manufacturer run by Swiss Italians, they saw an opportunity with the Covid lockdown and started making pre cooked pasta dishes and doing deliveries.
